This course is designed for employees who will be working at hazardous
waste and/or substance remediation sites. The course also meets the OSHA
requirements for emergency response at the awareness, operations, and
the technician levels 29 CFR 1910.120. Field activities will have the
student actively participate in a confined space entry and rescue exercise
and a spill response exercise involving decontamination procedures, sampling
and drum handling. (Annual Refresher required.)
