8 Hour HAZWOPER Supervisor Training*
This one day course is designed to meet OSHA's Hazardous Waste Site Operations and Emergency Response Regulation 29 CFR 1910.120. This training is required prior to supervising hazardous waste work. Completion of a 24 or 40 hour HAZWOPER class is a prerequisite.

8 Hour HAZWOPER Annual Refresher*
The 8 Hour Refresher Course is intended for employees who have previously completed the 24 or 40 hour course and who are continuing to work in environmental remediation and/or environmental emergency response. Annual refresher is a requirement of OSHA regulation 29 CFR 1910.120.

40 Hour HAZWOPER*
This course is designed for employees who will be working at hazardous waste and/or substance remediation sites. The course also meets the OSHA requirements for emergency response at the awareness, operations, and the technician levels 29 CFR 1910.120. Field activities will have the student actively participate in a confined space entry and rescue exercise and a spill response exercise involving decontamination procedures, sampling and drum handling. (Annual Refresher required.)

* These courses are approved by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management for Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment Operators, and by Indiana State University for Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
