How to Enroll Location The majority of our courses are taught at the client's site. If there is sufficient demand for a specific course, we will hold the course session at our facility. Full payment in advance is expected for all courses taught at the Heritage Group Safety location. Heritage Group Safety accepts Mastercard, Visa, and Discover as methods of payment. Payment Cancellations received up to seven (7) working days prior to the class are refundable minus a 10% handling fee. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire class fee. Substitute attendees are encouraged. If a course is canceled, attendees will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund or be given a credit toward the next scheduled course.
