Course Descriptions
Taught by Certified Instructors

OSHA 10/30 Hour Construction Certification Course or
OSHA 10/30 Hour General Industry Certification Course
Either of the 10 hour courses are designed to inform employees, supervisors, superintendents and managers about the basics of OSHA standard 1926 and OSHA standard 1910.

The 30 hour courses are intended to provide a more detailed study of OSHA's safety and health standards. Both courses will help your safety and health programs in reducing injuries and limit your company's liabilities under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's requirements.

Rescue From Heights
This course is designed to give students a working knowledge of rope rescue techniques for evacuating sick or injured employees from heights. The course will cover Anchor Selection, Belay Techniques, Lowering and Raising Operations, and Patient Packaging. CPR and First Aid can be added, if rescue personnel have not completed that requirement. This “hands-on” course is 24 hours in length.

We can also evaluate your facility and set up a program specifically to fit your needs, assist you in evaluating your rescue service and to ensure the service meets your needs. We can help you determine if you have a compliance issue. If your confined spaces are higher than 10 feet or if you have cat walks, high bay areas, cranes, hoists, man lifts, scaffold, mezzanine areas, towers, and other elevated structures contact us to get more information on this course and consulting services.

4 Hour DOT Compliance Course
This course is intended for those employees who have the responsibility for handling, storing, or shipment of Hazardous materials. You will learn how to classify Hazardous Materials, choose proper shipping names, understand packaging and labeling requirements, read and properly complete a manifest and be able to ensure compliance with HM126F or bill of lading. Table top exercises will reinforce what you have learned. (Required every three years.)
