| Accident
Investigation Skills* |
| This
course is designed to teach managers and supervisors how to
logically and effectively investigate accidents. Emphasis is
placed on systematic gathering of information with the end result
of preventing similar occurrences. Managers are taught to seek
both root and contributory causes. An Accident Investigation
Policy is reviewed and effective report writing is highlighted.
A videotape, actual practice in interviewing witnesses, determining
causes and corrective actions make this course "hands on".
Management principles are learned throughout the program. |

| Crisis
Management Course |
| This
one day seminar will teach site managers and others how to deal
with public and the media in times of crisis. Improperly handled
communications during an emergency can be devastating to a company.
Crisis management examines handling crisis situations from a
legal, media, and community viewpoint. This hands on seminar
includes actual interviewing practice on video with experienced
interviewers. This course is a must for all site managers and
others who have potential to meet with community and the media. |

Hour Incident Command Management |
| This
one day course is designed for personnel who may be required
to respond and take command of an emergency situation. Subjects
include duties and responsibilities of incident commander, roles
of responders, priorities and strategies of response, and evacuation
preplanning. Includes discussions and group activities to reinforce
learning objectives. Training in 24 or 40 hour HAZWOPER is a prerequisite. |
