This two-day course is designed to meet MSHA's general traiing requirement
for new miners in surface metal/non-metal operations. Topics include Miner's
Rights, Lock Out/Tag Out, Fire Safety and First Aid Certification. This
course meets non-site specific requirements of MSHA Regulations 30 CFR
Part 48. (Annual Refresher required.)
