The Heritage Group Safety Staff goal is for your company to have exceptional extensive safety training and to provide a safe work environment. Our endeavor is to make safety a first priority and assure your employees understand and perform applicable safety practices and procedures. HGS trainers provide excellent classroom as well as intense "hands-on" training in various topics such as Confined Space, Lockout/ Tagout, Hazwoper, Excavating and Trenching, First Aid, and CPR.

BruceGBruce Guiliani, CSP, CET, CIT -- Corporate Safety & Loss Director
Bruce provides safety consulting and training for construction, manufacturing, chemical industry, refineries and hospitals. He develops safety plans and performs safety audits that provide a safe work environment. Some of Bruce's expertise is in OSHA, Safety Management, Ergonomics and Industrial Hygiene.

GeryGGery P. Giannini, CET, CIT, MTM -- Director of Safety Sales & Training
Gery is a consultant with a diversified background who performs site safety and compliance audits, assists customers in the design and development of site safety programs and can help customize site specific training programs. Some of his specialties are focused on Chemical Hazard Response and Emergency Rescue. He employs a number of creative hands-on and tabletop training techniques in his courses to ensure competency in subject matter and that employees can demonstrate required technical skills.

Larry's expertise is in Part 46 Surface Mines training, MSHA and OSHA regulations, training and development. He develops and helps implement written safety policies and programs as well as conduct safety audits for mines.

JackLJack Lamberson, CET -- Corporate Health & Safety Director
Jack's expertise is in health and safety program development and presentation of Confined Space Entry/Rescue, Fall Protection, High Angle Rope Rescue and Emergency Response Rescue Training.

DougLDoug Lozier, CET -- Corporate Environmental & Safety Director
Doug's expertise is in environmental and safety compliance and permitting, emergency response, community right to know and hazard communication programs. He develops plans for environmental facility response, spill prevention, control and hazardous materials security. He trains emergency responders at all levels including emergency response technician and DOT Hazardous Materials.
